We know there are a lot of details to cover when your planning an event, styling your dream bridal look, or booking photography clients for upcoming shoots. That's why we put together a quick FAQ for you below!

What is the booking process?

We first ask that you fill out our bridal contact form with basic information and then we'll contact you with additional details and date availability. 

We require a non-refundable deposit for all services. If you must change the date of your service due to health & safety related issues, your deposit may be transferred (subject to availability).


Do you have a minimum for booking the space?

Yes, you must book a minimum of 2 hours for all services.

Do you have a travel fee?

Yes, we charge $0.50 per mile, round trip / calculated from our studio location in Mount Pleasant, SC for each stylist if your wedding venue is more than 15 miles away.

If we are traveling over 2 hours to your getting ready location, we require overnight accommodations.

What kind of makeup services do you offer?

We offer both traditional and airbrushed makeup. Lashes are included in all makeup.

Do brides have to pay a venue fee?

Yes, if you are using our salon for your bridal prep space, you will pay the event pricing per hour in addition to the hair and/or makeup pricing.

*If you have 10 or more bridal services booked, inquire about our special venue pricing!


Are there extra fees for bridal hair + makeup on-site at my wedding venue?

If your wedding venue is less than 15 miles away from our studio there is no travel fee. If only one member of the bridal party (including the bride) is getting hair/makeup services on-site there WILL be an additional $50 fee.

Do you offer trials?

Yes, all brides have a trail for hair and makeup services. This is an important step in the wedding planning process, because it gives our stylists a chance to get to know you + master the look you’ve been envisioning!

How should I prep for my trial?

Please come with a clean, moisturized face + dry, natural hair. Bring your veil, accessories, inspiration photos + a friend or two for style support!

Can I bring my own hair and makeup team?

Yes! If you already have hair & makeup stylists chosen, you can just rent The White Room as a venue to enjoy while prepping for your big day!


Is outside food & drink allowed in the space?

Yes, bring all the snacks and bubbles you want!
